Roll 37

Camera: Mamiya C330

Film: T Max 100

Date Developed: 08.08.10

Development: T Max developer, 7 and a half minutes @ 21 degrees, fixed 7 mins.  Ilford protocol for spiral tanks used for washing, with additional sets of 20 inversions until pink dye no longer visible in discarded water.

Notes:  Star trail photos from the back yard (5 hour exposure top image, second image 1 hour).  It’s the first time I’ve used the Mamiya for this but I’m pretty happy with them.  I’ll be looking to take it out and away from the city to do some more soon.  I have been cleaning my reels much more thoroughly with a soft nail brush and soap and hot water and (touch wood) today they were very easy to use – no snagging or jamming at all…

Toning added to first image in photoshop.

  1. I so love your work.:) I am slowly putting a list of B&W chemicals to get and all the info you post is very helpful. Thank you!
